What You Should Know

Clear, upfront terms — no surprises. Here's everything that governs your stay at Westside.

Lock-in Period

Minimum 2-month stay. Leaving early means paying rent for the remaining lock-in days on a pro-rata basis.

Notice Period

1-month notice required after lock-in, communicated via WhatsApp. Verbal notice is not accepted.

Rent Payment

Rent due by the 5th of every month. A late fee of ₹200/day applies after the 5th. Pay via net banking, cards or wallets.

Deposit Refund

Deposit refunded the same day of exit after property inspection, minus the one-time maintenance charge.

Agreement

Agreements available on stamp paper (2–11 month terms). Physical copy provided on request. Stamp duty as applicable.

Tenant Profile

Open to young working professionals — males, females and couples. Management reserves the right to approve applications.
