Daily Housekeeping

Rooms and washrooms cleaned every day (except Sundays & national holidays). Bedsheets changed regularly for hygienic, dust-free living.

Laundry Service

Pickup twice a week (max 6 garments per pickup), including wash and ironing. Returned clean and pressed — no laundromat trips.

3 Meals Daily

Breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared fresh daily in our in-house kitchen. A diverse weekly menu across South & North Indian cuisine.

24/7 Power Backup

Uninterrupted power backup ensures your work, comfort and appliances are never affected by outages.

Equipped with microwave, sandwich maker, egg boiler and bread toaster for any additional cooking needs.

Maintenance Support

Lodge a complaint via email or WhatsApp and get a response within 24 hours. Emergency support via the property manager.

Electricity Policy

All rooms have prepaid electricity meters. Each resident gets their own login to recharge their specific room meter, and electricity is charged separately based on actual usage. Unused meter balance is non-refundable on vacating.
